How would it feel to tell someone what you are really feeling, to experience being truly heard, whilst being received with an open heart? I can offer this to you within our therapeutic relationship, be it with long or short term work.
Each person is unique and may have differing reasons for being drawn to counselling. Maybe you are experiencing feelings of unhappiness, anger, confusion, trauma or anxiety?
I am ‘non-directive’ in my approach, which means that you as my client lead on our sessions. I won’t tell you what to do, or offer advice, as I believe that you hold the answers within yourself. I will be by your side aiming to offer you the best environment to support you in your process.
I offer a free 30 minute no obligation first session to see if we are the right ‘fit’ together.
I will offer you empathy, unconditional acceptance, warmth, and a genuine non-judgmental relationship when we meet. There will be no pressure for you to commit to further sessions.
